Dessert Corner:

Peach Cobbler Bread Pudding (F) (NF,SF)

One of my favorite pastimes was with my great grandmother when I would visit her during the summers in Northern Georgia. We would go strawberry and peach picking every Saturday. We left with giant baskets of peaches that we made into preserves and this delicious peach bread pudding. It is buttery, sweet, and delectable!

SIDES

Peruvian Green Rice (GF,DF,NF,SF)

This Peruvian Green Rice is hands down the best side rice in the world! A bunch of coriander not only makes it green but extraordinarily nutritious and delicious!

Peach Gazpacho (F) (GF,DF,NF,SF)

I’m a fan of all sorts of cold soups and gazpachos, and the simple, sweet brilliance of this one makes it one of my favorites. The base is peaches, cucumber and champagne vinegar, but I then put in some finely diced fresh peach, cucumber and red bell pepper to give it body, color and distinction. It’s a marvelous soup for summertime!
