Side Dishes


Parmesan Risotto (F) ( NF, SF)

The extra starch in Arborio rice gives risotto its creamy texture; here Parmesan cheese makes it even creamier which makes it a perfect pairing with the Marry Me chicken!


Truffle and Mustard Hasselback Potatoes (F) (GF,NF,SF)

Thinly sliced and roasted potatoes are always a crowd-pleaser! Here we roast them at a higher temperature than normal for a crispy crust and dark golden exterior, but still moist inside. We toss them in a mix of herbs, grain mustard, and truffle oil to make a delectable side dish.



Asian Pear, Fennel and Parmesan Salad (GF, SF)

The method of preparing this salad — paper-thin shavings of fennel, usually raw, tossed together and lightly dressed just before serving — is resulting in an always fresh and satisfying salad. We also use Asian pear so they don’t turn brown.


Grilled Seasonal Vegetables with Charred Lemon Aioli (GF,DF,NF)

Healthy and delicious! Marinaded squash, asparagus, bell pepper, sweet potatoes, and red onion are charred on the grill, tossed in herbs, and served with a charred yuzu for a smokey and fresh kick!


Maquechoux (F) (GF, NF, SF)

Pronounced "MOCK SHOE", this is a dish that the Cajuns got from the Native American tribes that populated southwest Louisiana. It's a wonderful corn-based dish mixed with 4-5 vegetables.



(F) = you can freeze that dish if needed. My meals will last for 5-6 days and they do not need to be frozen. I indicate which meals are freezable in case you want to save it for later.
